About Us
Meet Cassandra, a psychiatric nurse turned food artist, who launched Sharecuterie in October 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With a belief that food, especially cheese, nourishes the soul, Cassandra’s passion for supporting local businesses and her love for bringing people together through food shines in every creation.
Sharecuterie is proudly Indigenous, celiac, and woman-owned, championing visibility and inclusion at every turn. Each board is a unique masterpiece, showcasing the finest locally sourced ingredients from Winnipeg and rural Manitoba.
Committed to supporting local, every item on our boards is carefully selected based on what’s in season, delicious, and available locally. Plus, we’re dedicated to being allergy and dietary restriction-friendly, ensuring everyone can enjoy our culinary delights.
We opened our first brick-and-mortar café & shop back in February 2023, and now we’ve grown into our new spot at The Forks Market.
Dining with us is all about the experience. Our charcuterie boards are thoughtfully curated and full of flavour. Think artisanal cheeses, perfectly aged cured meats, and all the little extras that make each bite hit.
Whether you’re into food artistry, love a good wine moment, or just want to treat yourself to something a little different, Sharecuterie is your spot.
